Bullseye Step Three: Focus on the One That Works
When a test shows real traction, that channel becomes your bullseye, and the move is total focus: pour your traction effort into that single channel and start optimizing hard. Run experiments within the channel (new keywords, new formats, new audiences) to squeeze out every user it can produce.
Single-channel focus feels risky and is actually the efficient play. At any stage, one channel usually dominates a company's growth. Spreading effort across five mediocre channels is how you get mediocre everything.
Channels also saturate. What worked at 1,000 users may stall at 100,000, and competitors eventually crowd in. When your bullseye stops producing, you don't panic, you rerun the process: back to the outer ring with everything you've learned.
Key idea
One channel at a time. When a test hits, go all in on that channel until it saturates, then rerun Bullseye from the top.
