Not Failure, But It Causes Failure

The critical distinction: The Struggle is not failure. Being in it doesn't mean your company is dead or that you're a bad CEO. But Horowitz is blunt about the danger: it causes failure, especially if you are weak. It always causes failure if you are weak.
